Here’s your first glimpse into the palace! New photos have been released of The Queen of Versailles on Broadway, a new musical starring Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth at the St. James Theatre.
Chenoweth plays real-life socialite Jacqueline “Jackie” Siegel, who with her husband David set out to build the largest single-family home in America. As first shown in Lauren Greenfield’s 2012 documentary also titled The Queen of Versailles, their plans were upended as the 2008 recession wrecked the Siegels’ finances.
Alongside Chenoweth, The Queen of Versailles Broadway cast includes Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham as David Siegel, Melody Butiu as Sofia Flores, Nina White as Victoria Siegel, Stephen DeRosa as John, Greg Hildreth as Gary, Tatum Grace Hopkins as Jonquil, and Tony nominee Isabel Keating as Debbie.
