Black Pride in the Bronx will be at the Bronx Museum and is free and open to all. Organizers describe it as a community networking event celebrating Black Pride in the borough, exploring its history and providing a chance to connect with likeminded neighbors.

It’s organized by the organization Destination Tomorrow, the Bronx Museum, Borough President Vanessa Gibson, Council Member Justin Sanchez, and Council Member Althea Stevens. Stevens joined WNYC host Michael Hill to discuss what to expect at the event and doing more of them in the future.
