Integrated BioPharma, Inc. subsidiary Manhattan Drug Company, Inc. has appointed Michael G. Richtmyer as head of operations, bringing back a former company executive with more than 35 years of manufacturing, supply chain and quality management experience.
Richtmyer joined Manhattan Drug Company, or MDC, on Aug. 3, 2026. He will lead operational strategy and execution across the contract manufacturer, with responsibility for manufacturing performance, supply chain reliability, quality systems, productivity and the infrastructure needed to support scalable growth.
The appointment adds an experienced manufacturing operator to MDC as it manages production of vitamins and nutritional supplements for distributors, multilevel marketers and specialized healthcare providers. Integrated BioPharma, which trades on the OTCQX under INBP, owns MDC outright.

They added that Richtmyer’s leadership will support the company’s priorities around quality, customer service, operational performance and long-term growth.
Richtmyer most recently served as president of Tishcon Corp., where he was responsible for operations, quality, sales and budgets across two vitamin, mineral and supplement contract manufacturing facilities. The sites produced softgels, capsules, tablets and powders and provided turnkey packaging for more than 650 active products.
His broader career spans pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, mineral, supplement, personal care and contract manufacturing businesses. Richtmyer has led multisite manufacturing and distribution organizations and held responsibility for functions including manufacturing, packaging, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, purchasing, quality, information technology and third-party manufacturing.
That experience gives MDC leadership across many of the operational functions that directly affect contract manufacturing economics. Production planning, equipment utilization, procurement, product costing, quality control and packaging all influence a manufacturer’s ability to manage capacity, maintain service levels and produce consistently across a large product portfolio.
Richtmyer’s previous work has included implementing planning processes, revising manufacturing routing and product costing models, establishing operational performance metrics and overseeing regulatory compliance involving quality as well as environmental, health and safety requirements. His experience also includes ERP implementation, capital planning and organizational development.
The appointment marks a return to Integrated BioPharma for Richtmyer. He previously worked with the company from 1991 through 1999 and is rejoining after building additional experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain strategy, business transformation and quality oversight.

For MDC, the operational mandate centers on balancing manufacturing performance with the quality requirements of a contract production business. Serving outside brands and distributors requires production systems capable of managing multiple formulations and formats while coordinating sourcing, scheduling, packaging and regulatory requirements.
Richtmyer’s experience running facilities with hundreds of active products provides a direct operational connection to that model. His role will focus on strengthening those systems while positioning MDC to increase productivity and support additional growth without compromising manufacturing reliability or quality controls.
Integrated BioPharma primarily manufactures, distributes, markets and sells vitamins, nutritional supplements and herbal products. Through MDC, the company also provides contract manufacturing services to customers across the nutritional supplement market.
