Harvey’s Garden is setting up in the Empire Room of this year’s New York State Fair. The business in new to the Fair.

Owner Michael Greene appeared on Today in Central New York on Friday to talk about what fairgoers can expect. He says they decided to come to the Fair because “Harvey’s is all about bringing the community together” and he says there’s no better place to bring people together than at the New York State Fair.

Fairgoers can expect at mini version of what they see at the Syracuse business. He says there will be eight different taps, all New York State beers. There will also be a full bar.

There will also be a competition between two competing slushie drinks that cost $12 each.

“Betty Blueberry is your all-American girl that’s going to be blueberry-themed flavored cocktail and then you’ve got Pete Pickle. It’s a great, delicious dill flavored themed slushy,” Greene said.

Each drink will have its own campaign accounts that people can follow on social media.
