College of Staten Island Appoints Former Pro Player as New Baseball Head Coach

College of Staten Island has appointed Eddie Medina as its new baseball head coach. Medina spent 10 years in pro baseball and the last 3 years as NYU’s pitching coach. He also served as director of baseball operations for the Staten Island FerryHawks before taking over for Mike Mauro. The College of Staten Island says Medina will look to lead the Dolphins to their first winning season since 2020.
