The Great New York State Fair has unveiled its 58th annual butter sculpture, celebrating “250 Years of American Traditions: New York Style.”

The 800-pound sculpture features the Empire State Building, baseball in Cooperstown, and the country’s first state fair, held in 1841.

This is the 24th consecutive butter sculpture created by food sculptors Jim Vector and Marie Pelton, who completed the piece in 11 days.
