1880 Beef is opening a second location on the west side of Manhattan.
Andy and Sara Larson, a seventh-generation ranching family, are owners of 1880 Beef and the Wild & Blooming Floral Shop in Manhattan.
The family’s business evolved from selling bulk beef directly to customers in an alley by Sara’s shop into a retail operation that markets individual cuts through a storefront in downtown Manhattan.
“We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you to 1880 Beef on the west side! Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing opening details, sneak peeks, and more exciting news very soon,” a Facebook post said.
The new 1880 Beef will be at 1130 Westport Drive.
As of Tuesday morning, the Larsons haven’t announced an opening date.
