Police have released an image of a person wanted in a slashing that occurred in Bed-Stuy on Aug. 6.
Investigators say the 26-year-old victim was approached by a woman inside a building on Myrtle Avenue.
The two got into a verbal dispute, which escalated as the suspect displayed a sharp object and slashed multiple times throughout her body.
The suspect fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
Police say the victim was rushed to NYC Health+Hospitals/Woodhull in stable condition.
