Paris Baguette is opening a third Staten Island location at 7001 Amboy Road in Tottenville. The bakery-café chain is taking over the former QDOBA Mexican Eats space on Page Avenue. Inside, workers are finishing the new bakery-café with white subway tile, patterned flooring and dark wood accents. A representative said the business is targeting a Labor Day weekend opening, pending final inspections. Paris Baguette opened its first borough location in October 2023, and a second shop debuted in March 2025.
