The city’s Health Department announced on Friday two additional deaths in connection with the cluster of Legionnaires’ disease on the Upper East Side.

It’s unclear exactly when those people died. However, officials said there is no evidence of ongoing transmission.

“There are now no patients hospitalized with this illness as part of this cluster – the last remaining patient has recovered and returned home,” New York City Health Commissioner Dr. Alister Martin said in a statement.

The outbreak has now been linked to 11 deaths and 94 cases of Legionnaires’ disease.

Officials said the last diagnosis was more than six weeks ago.
