Elian Peña had two hits in a Brooklyn win and Aiden Robbins was strong as St. Lucie split a double-header. The other two Mets affiliates had their games postponed due to weather.
Triple-A
Syracuse Mets (65-62) vs. Lehigh Valley IronPigs (61-65)
The Syracuse versus Lehigh Valley game was postponed due to weather and will be made up on August 29th as a doubleheader with the first game starting at 4:35 pm ET.
Double-A
Binghamton Rumble Ponies (54-68) vs. Reading Fightin Phils (61-60)
Binghamton and Reading was also postponed due to weather with no makeup game announced yet
High-A
Brooklyn Cyclones (55-66) 5, Hudson Valley Renegades (62-59) 2

CF Trey Snyder – 2-for-5, 2 2B, 1 RBI (23), 2 K (.711 OPS)

RF Aidan Smith – 1-for-5, 1 R, 2 K (.773 OPS)
Peña and Snyder both came out Thursday and accounted for three of the five runs driven in on Thursday. Jimenez had two hits but has struggled to a .513 OPS in the 2026 season
RHP Joel Díaz (6.29 ERA) 3 2/3 IP, 1 H, 1 BB, 4 K (31 of 52 pitches for strikes)
RHP Ryan Dollar (2.65 ERA) 2 IP, 1 H, 5 K
Díaz had his first scoreless outing since July 31, closing what was overall a solid month of August for him. Dollar also is having an excellent month of August, striking out 11 batters in 10-plus innings.

Single-A
Daytona Tortugas (55-66) 1, St. Lucie Mets (52-69) 3 Game 1/7 Innings
Lakeland Flying Tigers (55-67) 8, St. Lucie Mets (53-69) 2 Game 2/7 Innings
Aiden Robbins was outstanding in the first game, and then went hitless in the other. Jeremy Rodriguez went 1-for-6 over the two games.
RHP Nathan Hall (4.97 ERA) 3 1/3 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 5 K (31 of 42 pitches for strikes)
RHP Ethan Lanthier (6.67 ERA) 3 IP, 3 H, 4 ER, 5 BB, 2 K, 1 HR allowed (28 of 60 pitches for strikes)
After a phenomenal last start, Lanthier was wild, walking five batters in three innings and failing to throw 50% of his pitches for strikes. Hall was the opposite, walking zero batters but throwing a wild pitch.
