STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Department of Transportation will conduct roadway repair and maintenance work throughout Staten Island during the week of Monday, Aug. 31.
Paving crews will work during daytime hours in Community Board 1, while maintenance teams will operate across multiple Community Boards throughout the borough.
The work may cause temporary detours and street closures in affected areas. The department said the repairs are necessary to maintain safe and efficient roadways.
