CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – A wanted New York man looking to catch ’em all has been arrested by deputies for financial card fraud in trying to do so.
Craven County deputies say Jeancarlos Castellanos was arrested Wednesday in Wisconsin for credit card fraud involving Pokémon cards.
In August, deputies issued warrants against Castellanos, charging the man with felony identity theft, felony financial card theft, felony obtaining property by false pretense, and felony conspiracy.
The New Bern Police Department also issued a warrant against Castellanos for two counts of felony identity theft, two counts of felony financial card theft, two counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense, and felony conspiracy.

Deputies say Castellanos is a suspect in similar crimes spanning from Florida to Pennsylvania.
Castellanos is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail pending extradition back to North Carolina.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.
