On Wednesday, September 2, Patrick Clancy was seen walking in Manhattan with his wife, Dr. Rachel Danis, as the Massachusetts jury in his ex-wife Lindsay Clancy’s murder case remained deadlocked. Fox News published New York City photos of Patrick Clancy, and The Globe previously reported jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial had twice told the judge they could not reach a unanimous verdict.The case centers on three counts of first-degree murder in the January 2023 deaths of Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months. Patrick Clancy has since remarried and helped relatives launch the Heard Foundation honoring the children. Her defense cites postpartum psychosis; the judge instructed continued deliberations. No verdict has been reached.
