New York Junior Tennis and Learning was founded by Arthur Ashe in 1971.
The nonprofit uses tennis to improve children’s lives off the court. Udai Tambar, the president and CEO of NYJTL, and 15-year-old Nikolay Klioutchnikov, a member of the NYJTL’s scholar athlete program, join “Weekends on 1” to discuss the program.
