MORRIS, NY (WKTV) – The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing person in the Town of Morris on Saturday. According to the Sheriff’s office, that person was found deceased in the Town of Morris.

During the course of the investigation, deputies located the individual deceased on County Route 49 in the Town of Morris.
The investigation remains ongoing in cooperation with the New York State Police and the Otsego County District Attorney’s Office.
At this time, there is no threat to public safety.
