In Bed Stuy, this 1870s row house has a marble mantel, wood floors, and pocket doors. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $2.95 million, which was $40,000 under the asking price.
Largely intact when it was on the market back in 2019, this Clinton Hill wood frame got a makeover that preserved many interior details but inserted a modern staircase, upgraded the kitchen, and added air conditioning. This former House of the Day sold in May for $2.6 million, which was $350,000 over the asking price.
Finally, updates to this single-family in Flatlands include solar panels and mini-split air conditioning. This former Open House Pick entered contract in May.
