NEW YORK (PIX11) – A woman who lured multiple men into sex, then killed them with fentanyl-laced drugs to rob them, pleaded guilty to murder and assault, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced Tuesday.
Tabitha Bundrick, 39, used fentanyl-laced drugs to rob four men. During these robberies, she killed three of them, according to court documents.

“The defendant knowingly killed three people by providing them fentanyl-laced drugs,” said DA Bragg. “As they laid unconscious, she robbed her victims and left them to die. In several instances, the victims’ bodies were found by their friends or family members. The defendant showed a shocking indifference to the lives of her victims and is now facing significant consequences for her conduct.”
An investigation revealed that in April 2023, Bundrick approached two men on the street and attempted to sell them soap. She then offered to have sex with them in exchange for money.
Bundrick led the men to an empty apartment she had broken into and offered them cocaine laced with fentanyl.
The next morning, one man woke to find his friend, 42-year-old Mario Paullan, dead beside him. According to court documents, the surviving victim had been rendered unconscious by the laced drug, could not remember what happened, and could not find his personal belongings.
Bundrick used one of the cell phones she stole from the men to make calls.
In another incident that led to a death in September 2023 in Washington Heights, Bundrick met 39-year-old Miguel Navez and went back to his apartment, where she again provided the victim with fentanyl-laced drugs. Navez’s brother eventually found him dead, and many of his personal belongings were missing, including his phone, which Bundrick later used to make personal calls.

The third incident occurred in February 2024. Bundrick followed 34-year-old Abrihan Fernandez on the street toward his apartment. She chatted with him outside before going upstairs, where she again provided fentanyl-laced drugs. A few hours after entering the apartment, Bundrick entered and exited multiple times. She took several large bags from the apartment, then got into a cab and returned to her apartment with his items. Fernandez’s credit card was used multiple times over the next several days to buy personal items.
Police later arrested Bundrick at her apartment, and while executing a search warrant, multiple pairs of the victims’ sneakers were recovered from her home, court documents revealed.
Bundrick, who pleaded guilty to three counts of second-degree murder and assault, is expected to be sentenced to 27 years to life in state prison, according to the DA.
