CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Forest man with warrants for public indecency in Campbell County, and who was arrested in New York City, has been extradited to Virginia.

The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Eli Lemuel Howard was arrested in New York when officers allegedly caught him performing a lewd act in public on the George Washington Bridge.
Howard is being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail without bond.
The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the law enforcement agencies and personnel who assisted with Howard’s apprehension and return to Campbell County.
