TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested in connection with burglary and other offenses on Wednesday afternoon in Manhattan, authorities said.
The incident was reported around 12:01 p.m. at an undisclosed location in Manhattan.
Victims included a 47-year-old man, a 43-year-old man, and 26-year-old woman.

A 29-year-old man, known to the victims, was listed as the suspect.
Riley County police arrested Cru Kalen Eaves Foster, 29, of Manhattan, around 1:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place in Manhattan in connection with the incident.
Foster was later booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with burglary, criminal damage to property, contribution to child misconduct, and violation of a protection order.
Foster was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remained in the Riley County Jail on Thursday morning.
