Earlier this week, the Empire Center released a Cygnal survey of 600 likely voters along with two other pro-business organizations: the Lawsuit Reform Alliance and Upstate United.
According to Justin Wilcox, executive director of Upstate United, the organizations are laying the groundwork for further liability reform in Albany in January when the Legislature is back in session. The groups are optimistic after last session’s success reforming automotive insurance.
Wilcox discussed the idea with Capital Tonight’s Susan Arbetter.
