INWOOD, Manhattan (PIX11) — One woman is dead after a hit-and-run in Manhattan Sunday night, according to police.
Officials said a call came in just before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday for a reported pedestrian struck by a vehicle near Dyckman Street and Harlem River Drive.
The woman was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition, where she later died, police said.
Officials did not yet have a description of the vehicle or the driver.
The victim had not yet been identified.
