A strange trend has caught the attention of New Yorkers and the NYPD after at least five separate incidents of people crawling out of sewer manholes in the middle of the night. Recently, Queens residents said a mystery man emerged from a quiet residential street right across from a park. FOX 5 NY’s Linda Schmidt reports.
