Bella Hadid can just as easily pull off a down-to-earth cowgirl look as she can take over the entire spotlight on a Hollywood red carpet. And yesterday, she embraced the best of both worlds as she emerged in New York City for the last leg of Fashion Week.
In the morning, the supermodel was seen walking around the city in a layered, low-key look that took us straight from summer to fall. A white T-shirt was layered under a colorful flannel, and topped off with a caramel suede jacket. A trucker hat and straight-leg blue jeans cinched with a brown belt continued the Western theme, while a pair of short Uggs brought a little of that model-off-duty aesthetic.

Later in the day, Hadid made a glamorous quick change, trading her cozy flannel for a silky champagne-gold vintage Prada dress with sheer latex trim. She wore the midi with a vintage nylon-and-leather Prada bowling bag in a similar muted tan shade, and added a pop of color to the look via a pair of glossy cherry-red Prada pumps. Oval sunglasses in green acetate, chunky diamond earrings, and a side-parted bun rounded out her girls’ night ensemble, which she wore to dinner at Locanda Verde in Tribeca.

Hadid has been lying low since her trip to Cannes, France, in May, when she attended the prestigious film festival in a string of incredible vintage and designer looks. Prada played a big role there too. The model arrived at the French Riviera in the chicest travel outfit: a pale-blue set from the house’s Spring 1999 collection. And when it was time to walk the red carpet for the Garance premiere, Hadid tapped the brand again for a custom strapless column dress in gray satin.
