Police are investigating the mysterious death of a 59-year-old woman in Brooklyn, authorities say.
Officers responding to a call at a home on 79th Street in Bay Ridge around 9:30 a.m. Monday found the woman dead with trauma to the back of her head.
The medical examiner’s office will determine cause and manner of death.
The woman’s identity hadn’t been released as of Tuesday morning.
