The New York and Atlantic Railway recently provided a $1,250 donation to the Greater Ridgewood Youth Council to help support City Council Member Phil Wong’s annual community Halloween event in Glendale.
Through this donation, Wong and the Greater Ridgewood Youth Council will be able to provide additional activities, giveaways and other fun items to kids and families who attend the event.

“New York and Atlantic Railway has been a good community partner, and my office works closely with them on community stewardship and issues impacting the neighborhoods along their rail lines,” Wong said. “I want to thank them for their generosity. This donation will go a long way toward helping us provide even more fun activities and giveaways for the kids at our annual Halloween event.”

Wong also expressed his thanks to the New York and Atlantic Railway and the Greater Ridgewood Youth Council for their continued partnership, as well as their commitment to local families.
