José “Candelita” Iglesias is known for his work on the baseball field.
He’s played for the Boston Red Sox, the Los Angeles Angels, Colorado Rockies, San Diego Padres, and of course, the New York Mets.
But this fall, you’ll find him in a Broadway theater, where he’s connecting to his roots performing in the Tony-winning musical “Buena Vista Social Club.”
