Finding Home is NY1’s weekly pet adoption segment. It’s a partnership with the ASPCA to find loving homes for animals that are up for adoption throughout the five boroughs.
The first is 2-year-old Ansel. He loves people, getting back rubs and exploring the world on walks.
Junebug’s favorite activity is to play with pipe cleaners — they could keep her entertained for hours.
Also in the spotlight this week is 10-year-old Philippa. She is a sweet and affectionate cat who likes to greet people with little chirps and affectionate head bumps.
One of her favorite things is chasing her wand toy.
