North Country suspicious death victims identified

BRUSHTON, N.Y. (WCAX) – New York State Police say two people found dead inside a home in Brushton Sept. 16 have been identified.

Drew Harm, 60, and Martine Decarr, 68, were found dead when police arrived for a welfare check at a home on Hill Street in Brushton.

Police said Decarr was shot in the head and ruled Decarr’s death a homicide.

Harm’s death was ruled a suicide.
