The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (NYSP BCI) is seeking witnesses and dash camera footage related to an incident that occurred on September 20,2026, at approximately 1:10 a.m on the ramp from the northbound Robert Moses Parkway to the eastbound Southern State Parkway ramp.
The incident involved occupants of three vehicles in an altercation.
