As part of their 50th Anniversary Celebrations, Alley Pond Environmental Center (APEC) presents The Mountain Maidens, a local Irish folk band playing a variety of folk songs, Irish music, country and gospel songs in a Folk & Fun Music Concert, an intimate afternoon concert with music and light refreshments. Sunday, November 15 at 3;00 PM, $10 per person. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. APEC is located at 229-10 Northern Blvd., Douglaston.
