“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” is returning to Brooklyn for a week of special broadcasts from the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Howard Gilman Opera House, with a lineup that includes New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney and fellow local late-night hosts.

Kimmel was born and raised in Mill Basin, making the Sept. 28 through Oct. 2 shows another homecoming for him and his ABC late-night show.

Among the week’s guests is Mamdani, who will sit down with Kimmel as the mayor continues his first year in office. The appearance comes just days after Mamdani met with President Donald Trump at Gracie Mansion, a meeting that Kimmel addressed on his show earlier this week.

Music will also serve as a mainstay during the Brooklyn run. Springsteen is set to appear, while McCartney is also part of the announced lineup, bringing two of rock’s most recognizable names to the borough for the special broadcasts.

The week will also feature appearances from other late-night personalities, continuing the show’s tradition of bringing television’s late-night world together when Kimmel broadcasts from New York. Other guests include Howard Stern, Billy Crystal, John Oliver, Pete Davidson, Bernie Sanders, Robby Hoffman and more.

Kimmel’s Brooklyn run was first announced earlier this month, when the show revealed plans to return to BAM’s Howard Gilman Opera House. At the time, the guests had not yet been announced.

For Brooklyn, the broadcasts offer another chance to see the borough take center stage on a nationally televised late-night show — this time with a mix of city politics, comedy and music.

“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on ABC.
