Some of Queens’ most influential business leaders, civic champions and community changemakers will come together this fall as Schneps Media presents the 2026 Queens Power List on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach.

For more than 20 years, the Queens Power List has recognized the leaders whose work, influence and commitment help move the borough forward. This year’s celebration will once again bring together an accomplished group of honorees representing business, healthcare, education, government, transportation, nonprofit organizations, community development and more.

More than an awards ceremony, the Queens Power List has become an opportunity for leaders from across the borough to meet, build relationships and celebrate the people and organizations shaping the future of Queens.

The evening will begin with an exclusive VIP Power Hour for honorees, offering an intimate opportunity to meet and connect before the larger celebration gets underway. Guests will then come together for an evening of networking, a culinary experience and recognition of the 2026 Queens Power List honorees.

Emmy Award-winning journalist Cheryl Wills of Spectrum News NY1 will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies for the evening.

This year’s Power List will recognize established leaders alongside individuals making an impact in specialized areas of business and community life. Honorees include Icons, whose longstanding influence has helped shape the region, as well as recipients of special honors recognizing extraordinary achievement.

The 2026 celebration will also highlight excellence and inclusion through dedicated Latin Impact Awards, Caribbean Impact Awards and Gay City News Impact Awards, recognizing individuals whose leadership and work strengthen communities throughout Queens.

Among this year’s honorees are leaders from some of the borough’s most prominent businesses, institutions, nonprofit organizations and community groups, reflecting the wide range of industries and individuals contributing to Queens’ continued growth and success.

The event also continues the Power List tradition of giving back to the community, with 100% of raffle proceeds benefiting Queens Centers for Progress (QCP) and its work supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

For more than two decades, the Queens Power List has created a space for the borough’s leaders to come together, recognize one another’s achievements and form connections that extend well beyond the event itself.

Tickets are available now at SchnepsEvents.com. To learn more about the Queens Power List or future Schneps Media events, visit SchnepsMedia.com or email Events@SchnepsMedia.com.
