September Letters co-founders actor Brittany Snow and entrepreneur Jaspre Guest invite you to a serene and safe space to write letters to yourself or others about mental health experiences, some of which will later be posted (anonymously, if preferred) on September Letters’ website. The event is sponsored by Bilt, Rockefeller Center and Mental Health Coalition.
About September Letters
Co-founded by Brittany Snow and Jaspre Guest, September Letters is a mental wellness platform and global letter-writing movement built on the belief that sharing our stories connects us. Launched in 2020, the platform offers a safe space for inspirational letters, notes, and conversations from the September Letters community, friends, experts, and public figures. Community members can write, read, or request a letter, often anonymously, about experiences that have challenged or shaped them. A popular feature, Request a Letter, allows individuals to seek support directly from others.
In 2023, Snow and Guest expanded its impact with their co-authored book, September Letters: Finding Strength and Connection in Sharing Our Stories, a powerful collection of personal essays and letters organized by emotion and inspired by the initiative’s mission to help people feel less alone. September Letters proudly partners with the Mental Health Coalition to end the stigma surrounding mental health.
