DOC NYC — the largest documentary film festival in the country, according to organizers — is back this week.

More than 200 films will be screened over the next two weeks across the city. The festival is in its 16th year.

Jaie Laplante, the artistic director of DOC NYC, and Annie Sundberg, director of “The Nutcracker at Wethersfield,” joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to talk about the festival.
