A semi-truck caught on fire on the eastbound Gowanus Expressway Monday, FDNY officials say.
Video from Citizen App captured a truck that burst into flames around 2:15 p.m. near Exit 20.
Officials say the truck was carrying a large amount of gasoline, which spilled on the road.
The highway was closed in both directions, along with a pedestrian bridge over the Belt Parkway while hazmat and fire crews cleaned up.
No one was injured.
