Qdoba Mexican Eats has pared its Staten Island footprint to a single location, leaving the Woodrow Road restaurant as its lone remaining outpost. A sign at the recently shuttered New Springville restaurant directed customers to the remaining location, which still offers pickup and delivery. The company confirmed that two Staten Island restaurants, at 2335 Richmond Ave. and 2750A Hylan Blvd., have closed. Founded in Denver in 1995, the chain was once known as Zuma Fresh Mexican Grill, then Z-Teca in 1997, and Qdoba in 1999.
