MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police on Tuesday night were investigating an incident in which a vehicle was reported to have been damaged in Manhattan.
The incident was reported around 8:12 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Bluemont Avenue.
A 19-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported that an unknown person poured a chemical on her vehicle, which damaged the paint.

The total estimated loss associated with this case was listed at $2,000.
