Two unidentified men are wanted by police in connection with four robberies that occurred in South and Southeast Queens in late September, within the confines of the NYPD’s 102nd and 103rd precincts.
Cops said the first incident occurred on Sept. 22, at about 8:30 a.m., when a 20-year-old male victim witnessed two unidentified males with a firearm take his own motorized scooter without authority or permission, in the vicinity of 85th Road and 86th Street in Woodhaven.
The perpetrators then fled the location with the victim’s scooter to parts unknown, police said, and no injuries were reported.
Then, on Sept. 30 at around 11:20 a.m., police said a 31-year-old male was approached by two unidentified individuals in front of 112-02 101 Ave. in South Richmond Hill.
The perpetrators removed the victim’s chain from around his neck, cops said, and fled on foot to parts unknown. No injuries were reported.
The third incident occurred that same day, about 10 minutes later at 11:29 a.m., in front of 91-49 116 St. in Richmond Hill, where police said a 72-year-old man was pushed off his bicycle by the two perpetrators, who then proceeded to punch the senior in the face and forcefully removed a chain from around his neck.
The duo fled on foot southbound on 116th Street, cops said, and the victim sustained minor injuries.
The final incident occurred just minutes later, at 11:32 a.m. in front of 137-30 91 Ave. in Jamaica, cops said, when a 21-year-old male was approached by an unidentified individual who proceeded to snatch a phone from the victim’s hands.
The individual proceeded to get on a red motorized scooter operated by another unidentified suspect.
The duo fled to parts unknown, and no injuries were reported.
Surveillance images from the first two incidents provided by police show the two suspects on a red motorized scooter. One is wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt and denim jeans, while the other is wearing a lighter gray hooded Nike sweatshirt, dark pants and sneakers. Both are wearing facial coverings.
