MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police were investigating an aggravated battery that was reported Thursday evening on the north side of Manhattan.
Officers filed a report in the case at approximately 5:26 p.m. on Thursday in the 2900 block of Tatarrax Drive.
A 71-year-old man was listed as the victim, while a 78-year-old man who was known to the victim was listed as the suspect when it was reported that he hit the victim’s arm with his truck while driving.
