Special victims detectives say a Queens man they arrested earlier this week who allegedly sexually abused a 12-year-old girl may have attacked other victims.

The NYPD put out an alert Thursday night regarding Nazim Uddin, 72, a resident of 75th Street in Ozone Park.

Members of the Queens Child Abuse Squad arrested Uddin on the afternoon of Oct. 8, a month after the attack took place not far from his home, in the vicinity of 75th Street and 101st Avenue, at about 7 p.m. on Sept. 8.

Police sources reported that Uddin allegedly attacked the youngster inside a commercial establishment. It is unclear whether Uddin was a worker or a customer; it is also unknown whether the victim knew her attacker.

Uddin was booked on charges of sexual abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child. Court records indicated that he was scheduled to be arraigned in Queens Criminal Court on Friday morning.

Based on a preliminary investigation, detectives believe Uddin may have attacked others, and they are asking anyone who may have been attacked by him to come forward.
