WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A&H Farm in Manhattan, Kansas, is celebrating Dolly Parton’s legacy with a corn maze featuring her likeness while raising money to provide books to local children.
The farm is one of 20 across North America selected for the official Get Lost with Dolly corn maze campaign. Owner Andrea DeJesus said the project had been a goal for several years before the farm learned it was selected this spring. Originally planned as a celebration of Parton, the maze became a tribute following her passing.
Visitors take a hayrack ride to the maze, where Dolly themed trivia checkpoints help guide them through the paths. Flashlight maze experiences are also available during the farm’s night events. A portion of ticket proceeds supports the local Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program, which provides free books to children from birth to age five. The maze is open Friday through Monday through Nov. 1. Visitors can also enjoy the farm’s fall attractions, including a pumpkin patch, shops, and giant slides.
