St. Teresa of the Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church is celebrating 100 years on Staten Island. Founded in 1926, the parish has grown alongside the Castleton Corners community it serves. Parishioners gathered at LiGreci’s Staaten last Sunday afternoon to share memories and honor local families. Pastor Monsignor William Belford welcomed parishioners and friends to the celebration in West Brighton. The gathering recognized longtime parish members for their dedicated service to the church and its parishioners. Its 100th anniversary celebratory mass took place in March.
