Police seized a rifle, more than 800 bullets and crack cocaine during a raid on an apartment in Stapleton, Staten Island. John Hill, 53, and Lionel Young, 65, were arrested after officers executed a search warrant at their Navy Pier Court apartment on Sept. 30. According to the criminal complaint, officers found a semi-automatic rifle, high-capacity magazines and ammunition inside a duffle bag in the living room. Both defendants pleaded not guilty to weapon, firearm and controlled substance possession charges. Young was released with non-monetary conditions.
