Police said the gunfire erupted at about 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 14 in front of 8817 Bay Pkwy., near Cropsey Avenue, in Bath Beach.

EMS rushed him to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where he was listed in stable condition, police sources said.
Early on in the investigation, police have yet to establish a possible motive for the shooting or the suspected shooter’s description. Detectives were said to be conducting a canvass of the area for video cameras that may have recorded the shooting.
No arrests have yet been made in the ongoing investigation, police said.
