City Council members held a rally outside of City Hall in support of Romanch’s Law, which would phase out horse-drawn carriages in Central Park by June 2028.
Council Member Christopher Marte, the bill’s sponsor, joined NY1’s Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Thursday to talk about the law.
Marte represents lower Manhattan, including all or part of the Lower East Side, Chinatown, Tribeca and SoHo.
