SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Oct 16 – A man
previously convicted of
reckless endangerment was
filmed on White Plains Road in
The Bronx on March 9, 2026 at
4 am with a gun. Six days
later he was arrested, and
charged as a felon in
possession of a
firearm.
On October
14 he pleaded guilty before
Judge P. Kevin Castel of the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York,
which Inner City Press closely
covers.
The complaint has
multiple photos. The Federal
Defender, one assumes, will
have her own photos in her
sentencing memo. It is due two
weeks before sentencing, which
is set for January 12,
2027.
The case is
USA v. Walker, 1:26-cr-293
