New Jersey attorney Shannon Theodore posted bail Friday in a fatal crash on Staten Island. Theodore, 36, pleaded not guilty to vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated following the Oct. 10 collision. The court set a $500,000 bond, requiring 10 percent upfront. Her case was adjourned to Dec. 15. Authorities say she drove the wrong way on the West Shore Expressway, striking another vehicle. That vehicle’s driver, Duck Park, 66, died at the scene. Her family said she was heading to church.
