Manhattan Associates has been named one of the top five workplaces in Singapore for 2025 by Great Place To Work. All employees surveyed at the company reported a positive working environment, underpinning its placement in the latest rankings conducted by the research and consulting firm.
Employee assessment
Great Place To Work Singapore conducts one of the most extensive surveys of employee sentiment and workplace culture globally. The company’s assessment process includes evaluations of trust, leadership effectiveness and the ability of employees to reach their full potential. To be considered, organisations must be certified as a Great Place to Work, having achieved at least 65 percent on the Trust Index survey.
Recognition process
The Best Workplaces list is determined by detailed employee feedback across categories such as daily innovation, fairness and inclusivity. Companies must demonstrate that their work environment fosters a sense of belonging and equality, beyond traditional considerations of race, gender or age. The survey process has been refined over three decades and reflects changing priorities in workplace culture across the technology sector in Singapore.
