“Our Annual Pumpkin Roll was a spooktacular success, helping raise funds for the Fifth Avenue BID’s Trunk or Treat event. This year, we added a Halloween Costume Contest, and the turnout was fantastic,” Greaker said in a statement to Brooklyn Paper. “Thank you to everyone who participated and showed off their creative costumes. Beyond our annual Ragamuffin Parade, our committee proudly supports events hosted by the Third Avenue Merchants and the Fifth Avenue BID.”

The Ragamuffin Parade committee, best known for its annual parade celebrating children and Halloween, also supports events organized by local merchants and business improvement districts, helping strengthen ties among Bay Ridge residents and businesses.
“It’s all about bringing our neighborhood together and keeping the community spirit of Bay Ridge alive,” Greaker continued.
